Rani Mukherjee made her debut in a powerful performance in the unexpected hit "Raja Ki Aayegi Baraat" and since then there has been no looking back. From the mascot of women's voice for justice she went on to become the "Aati Kya Khandala" girl of Aamir Khan in "Ghulam" and stole the limelight as Shah Rukh Khan's glamorous wife in Kuch Kuch Hota Hai.
The face of many varied roles ranging from movies in a lighter vien like "Hello Brother", to the more serious roles like Kamal Haasan's Bengali wife in "Hey! Ram".And just when we thought we had seen all shades there were to Rani,she as usual din't fail to make us sit up and applaud her performences in other such chart toppers like "Hadh Kar Di Aapne",similarly with Bobby Deol in "Bichoo"directed by Guddu Dhanoa and in "Har Dil Jo Pyar Karega" with Salman and Preity Zinta directed by Raj Kanwar.
