What is the story of 'Straight'?

Straight is a tedi medhi love story about Pinu Patel who is 39 years old and is still a virgin. In order to find love and get married, he is trying his level best but his efforts are failing. He is very dejected because of that and something happens in his life where he keeps pondering and wondering that is this because he might be a gay. This confusion grips him and he gets very agitated and worried about it. In order to find out if he is gay or straight, he does a lot of stuff and this is what the movie is all about.

What role are you playing in the movie?

I am playing the role of Pinu Patel in this movie.

What was your first reaction on hearing the script of 'Straight'?

My first reaction on hearing the script was fantastic as the story is wonderful. I read the script and heard that Parvati is directing it. I was so amused that I just didn't have to think about it twice. Everything about the script was making me happier and more I was discussing with Parvati about it, it was just making me feel excellent and so I took up the movie.

What are your views about Gul Panag as your co actress in the movie?

Gul Panag is such an actress that not only everyone wants to work with her but also will learn a lot from her. She is very experienced, professional and takes her work very seriously.

What do you think about the music of 'Straight' which is composed by Sagar Desai?

The music given by Sagar Desai is very young, fresh and new. You will realize how different is the music soon as the music is going to release soon.

What is so different about the movie 'Straight'?

With keeping the fun and the situational comedy in mind, 'Straight' is a very path breaking film. It is a story that nobody has told before. It is a movie which shows the realistic fear in a human's life.
