in recent times there have been lots of movies based on current issues and tragedies of our past but this one movie gave me a big jolt.. it looks at massacre of 84 riots but in a way of search of a girl for her parents...the actors have done justice to their respective characters....konkana is amazing....so is mrs karat....and her real mother also.... some of the scenes just make you to think if this fundamentalist and intolerant attitude we are adopting eating away at our society...... and at whose behest does this all take place.....its real cinema at is best.....this one should have been for the oscars and not the masala films..... hats off to the maker shonali bose
