If you are looking to have a laugh, ONE TWO THREE, provides humour in huge doses. And, though at times it does get a bit monotonous you are willing to let that pass because after 15 minutes into the movie and having endured a long, boring commentary, which describes the main characters, you just go with what the director wants you to do; leave your brains behind and laugh your guts out. You stop looking for sense because director Ashwani Dheer's focus is getting the audience to have a hearty laugh. There are some stupid one-liners, which are witty nonetheless and every situation is a moment for comedy. And the situation here is a case of mistaken identity with three men sharing the same name Laxminarayan (Suniel Shetty, Paresh Rawal and Tushhar Kapoor) checking into hotel Blue Diamond for different purposes. As expected, the envelope they are to receive describing their job goes to the wrong Laxminarayan and therein lies the tragedy that opens up to a laugh riot. To be honest, there are some seriously funny moments that make you laugh the loudest, which dull the impact of a weak storyline. Suniel Shetty is lovable in his bhola act; Tushhar Kapoor is OK while Paresh Rawal shines in bits. Far from the actor, we have known him to be. Also, he looks very tired, just like Esha Deol who puts in no great effort into her role. Surprising, because this is one actress who takes pride in every outing. Sameera Reddy too, shines in bits. At least she has much more to do here than she did in RACE, which released last week. Upen Patel and Tanisha Mukherjee walk in and out of frames. As for Neetu Chandra, I think she is the surprise pack among the three girls. As the cop on the lookout for offenders, she adds some saucy moments to her 'encounters'. She looks fresh too. The duo of Sanjay Mishra and Vrajesh Hirjee combine well with Mukesh Tiwari to ignite the laughter as the dons on the lookout for a stolen diamond while Manoj Pahwa as the Bhai injects life into the silly one-liners. TO GO OR NOT: On the whole a decent fare if you are going in just for the laughs.
