New York, Oct 20 (ANI): Hip-hop mogul Sean 'Diddy' Combs' alleged assault victim did not want the rapper to face the jail but now he himself might have to spend time in the slammer.
Steven Acevedo, who claimed that Combs punched him twice in the mouth at SoHo's Kiosk club over a woman, was in court on Oct 18 for being accused of having a forged police plaque in his car window.
The 31-year-old man was arrested on Aug 27 in SoHo when a cop spotted the grainy, forged New York City Police Department (NYPD) plaque, The New York Daily News reports.
The police authorities have revealed that Acevedo was quiet while the case was adjourned to Nov. 27 for either a trial or a plea.
Possession of the poorly doctored parking plaque is a misdemeanour charge that can lead Acevedo to spend a year in jail. (ANI)
