We all know of how actress Bipasha Basu, in a patriotic haze had promised boxer Vijendra Kumar that she would go out on a date with him, if he won a gold medal. Well, India's gold aspirant at the Olympics managed only a bronze.

But Bipasha being a sporting person has decided to still go out on date with him, even though he has not won gold for India. The boxer had expressed his desire to go out with the actress for a date if he won the gold. Bipasha only learnt about it through the media and very sportingly replied that she would love to go out with Vijendra if he won gold. But the actress believes that the boxer performed very well and did the country proud by winning a bronze. She feels that it will be like going out with a fan as Vijendra is an ardent admirer of hers. But the tamasha that has been created on television by this has her amused.
