Evano Oruvan, the Tamil film remade from the Marathi Dombivili Fast directed by Nishikant Kamat and produced for Lucas Films by Madhavan will hit the marquee on the 7th of December.
According to a press release from Maddy’s office, the film is in the post-production stage and work is going on at a feverish pitch to ready the film for release.
The press statement also reiterated the fact in the history of Tamil cinema, for the first time, a novel attempt of holding special shows in US, Canada, Malaysia, Singapore and Middle Eastern countries before the official release in India will be carried out.
As these countries boast a huge fan base for Tamil films, HSBC and Santoor have come forward to sponsor this event. There will also be special contest through which ten lucky people will be selected and given an opportunity to dine with the leading cast of the film.
