Little super star’s kitty seems to be filled till the brim. Currently he is busy shooting for Kaalai and Kettavan after which it has been said that he will be involved in a film titled Vengai to be directed by Lingusamy’s assistant Panneer.

Vengai has an interesting tagline of ‘Veliye Varudu’. Initially Panneer was touted to be handling story, screenplay, dialogues and direction for Vengai.

But now it has been finalized that Lingusamy will take over the screenplay department alone for the film.

For the role of leading lady Sivaji girl Shriya has been approached and talks are going on to rope her in but the news is yet to be confirmed. There is also a talk that is doing the rounds in the industry is that Vengai may be the remake of Chiranjeevi’s son Ram Charan Teja’s debut film Chirutha. Perhaps the similarity of the title may have led to this deduction. Simbu after wrapping up Kettavan will immediately start work for Vengai.
