Amisha Patel is spreading her wings beyond the world of films. The actress is busy these days with matters serious and meaningful. The actress will be part of a prestigious conference for United Nations to be held in New Delhi along with colleague John Abraham.

The conference will address the issue of human trafficking. The actress's interest in the subject of human trafficking was triggered by one of her university professors. While doing her research on the subject the actress was shocked to discover that in the Indian subcontinent, the issue of human trafficking was a bigger problem than drug peddling. Meanwhile, where her filmi career is concerned, the actress is awaiting the release of Bhool Bhulaiya with Akshay Kumar, Shiney Ahuja and Vidya Balan. There were rumours recently that the actress was unhappy at the way she was ignored during the publicity of Bhool Bhulaiya.
