It was only yesterday that Kamal Haasan’s Dasavatharam shooting was wrapped up at Uthandi.

And the star took time off to meet the Tamil Nadu Chief Minister, Kalaignar Karunanidhi and thank him for the state government’s cooperation in filming the aerial shots using choppers.

As per the procedures, it is mandatory to obtain the state government and the Ministry of Civil Aviation’s permission to use helicopters over cities, especially in coastal cities and high security zones.

The Chief Minister was so pleased by Kamal's gratitude that he even acceded to the actor's request to grace Dasavatharam audio release function, as the chief guest. The function is to be held during the end of October. That Kalignar was visually pleased on seeing the stills of Dasavatharam was reported earlier. Now for the shocker, there are rumors that Kalignar might play himself in the movie, well, for that we will have to wait till the movie's release.
