Washington, Oct 13 (ANI): Actor Clive Owen spent the night, prior to his first scenes in the Elizabeth sequel, plucking out his hair.
The Brit had added extensions to his locks so that he could look more like a sea-faring Renaissance man, but at the last minute he realised that he hated the look.
"The night before we were starting the shoot, I kept thinking, 'it's not right, it's not right.' I had full-on extensions through the whole hair," Contactmusic quoted him, as saying.
"I told (director) Shekhar (Kapur), `I want to take more out. It feels like an actor in a period-film thing.' So I spent the night before that first day taking it all out," he said.
In the movie, Owen plays the role of historical hero 'Sir Walter Raleigh'. (ANI)
