In spite of a number of young heroines making their debut in Tamil and Telugu from various other languages, Reema Sen continues to still continue being a very saleable heroine. So many heroines had made their debut after she did. But they are now considered to be not fit enough to be the heroines of young heroes. Reema Sen is an exception to the rule.

She is now the heroine of Karthi, who is just one-film old in Tamil. The biggest draw of the film is the fact that Selvaraghavan is directing it.

"Don't ask me anything about the film because we aren't supposed to talk about it. But all I can say is that I'm going to be proud of my role in the film. Working with Selvaraghavan is a very sweet experience," she said.
