Even as superstar Akshay Kumar's BHOOL BHULAIYAA continues to do very good business at the box office, his HEYY BABYY has just completed a 50 days run.After taking second highest opening of the year after PARTNER, this Sajid Khan directed film stayed steady for weeks to come and in the process garnered more than 50 crores in just the domestic market. The film had marked a hat trick of successful films for Akshay Kumar in last few months with BHAGAM BHAG and NAMASTE LONDON preceding its release.
Though the film has completed 50 days at a few centers, this super hit venture for producer Sajid Nadiadwala is now ending it's theatrical run with three new films arriving next week (JAB WE MET, MUMBAI SALSA, NO SMOKING) followed by OM SHANTI OM and SAAWARIYA a fortnight later.
The family entertainer would soon be releasing on specially mastered DVDs which are said to be belonging to international standards when it comes to home entertainment. Watch this space.
