Not many about actor Kunal Kapoor's spiritual side. That is, not until the day before when the actor celebrated his birthday in an unusual fashion. The actor apparently spent the day at the Art of Living Ashram in Bangalore.

The actor had ostensibly gone there to seek the blessings of Sri Sri Ravishankar. It is believed that the actor is an ardent devotee and thought that this was the best way of spending his birthday. The Navaratri celebrations are on in full swing at the ashram. For the first time, the actor got a glimpse of the poojas and the satsangs that are held at the ashram during this period. But the real intresting fact about this incident is that the actor was not alone during his trip to the ashram. He was accompanied by a mysterious woman, who is reportedly not a part of Bollywood. She was with him all through his two-day stay at the ashram. Anyway, after spending two peaceful days at the ashram, the actor is back in Mumbai. The actor's film Laaga Chunri Main Daag is running these days. The film may not be doing particularly, but the actor was definitely appreciated for his performance in the movie where he was cast opposite Konkona Sen Sharma.
