This Dussehra television viewers were in for a surprise as the new face of RAVAN was unveiled.We are talking about Ranvir Shorey, one of the unlikeliest of actors who could be visualized as a RAVAN, donning a similar getup. This was done for a commercial for a leading mobile handset maker which has roped in Shorey for its latest campaign.
The advertisement features Ranvir Shorey as RAVAN with each of his 10 heads intact and walking into the mobile showroom. There he confuses the salesman as each of his 10 'avtars' start enquiring about the product, and that too all in one go. To add to the fun, the accent of each of these 'avtars' is different too, hence creating an all around chaos.
A well shot advertisement, it goes well with the 'strangely funny' on-screen persona of Ranvir Shorey who would soon be seen in a different role in this week's release NO SMOKING.
