Mumbai: Guess who's making a habit of showing up at all promotional events for his film? It’s hunky actor John Abraham and this time at the Madison office premises for a lunch date with a fan for a contest held by Mid Day.

"It’s a film that needs to be promoted. It’s a different kind of genre and if I don’t support and promote it, who would?” said asked John.

And yes, the actor did notice all the hysteria around with women and men clammering over each other trying to catch a glimpse of the actor at such close range.

"Yes, its very sweet that the women feel so strongly but it’s also very special that men feel as strongly. So you feel the connect with both men and women," said John.

But despite it being a lunch date, the actor did not munch on the pizza and preferred to stay his usual health-conscious self.

"I had a bite of pizza but Naresh had some fruits on the side so I took those," he said.

Of course, there was no post lunch smoking either!
