New Delhi: The Bandra Metropolitan Court has reserved its order on the custody of actor Aamir Khan's brother Faisal Khan.Wednesday Oct 31 12:25 PM
Faisal has been kept at Mumbai's JJ Hospital after he was found to be suffering from a schizo-affected psychosis, though he insists he is mentally stable and does not require any psychiatric help.
Aamir Khan has pleaded with the court that he be given the custody of his brother.
The medical report on Faisal by the hospital stated that while he does not need to be in hospital, his custody should be given to a responsible member of the family.
Doctors have said that Faisal will need to make medical visits twice a month also warned that Faisal's "insight and judgment continue to be impaired."
