Is that the reason why you don't have any female friends? That's not exactly the reason. From the very beginning, most of my friends were males. Our society imposes many restrictions on friendship across gender. That was probably the reason why I never got close enough to build intense friendships with them. After getting into films, I realized that it wouldn't be such a good idea to have female friends because that would start unnecessary rumors.
But now I don't sense the necessity. My wife is my best and closest friend. I share everything with her. That's more than enough for me," he says.
