They have bought the re-make rights of the very old Vittalachariar film 'Jagan Mohini' from his son. At a time when there were no graphics, Vittalacharair wrought wonders as he let loose supernatural scenes on screen.

He made this film in Telugu that was later released in Tamil too. Both films were super hits. Even now people remember with nostalgia, the role done by Jayamalini as Mohini.

Lakshmi Movie Makers have approached Namitha to play the role of Mohini done by Jayamalini in this new version of 'Jagan Mohini.' What a super choice!

Unfortunately, Namitha has not given her assent to this!
