Amitabh Bachchan donned the role of a shutterbug as soon as he landed in Mumbai yesterday afternoon with his daughter-in-law Aishwarya and son Abhishek Bachchan following their trip to Agra.
According to the media which trailed Bachchan and his family from the airport, the superstar sat next to the driver's seat while son Abhishek took charge of the steering wheel. The two women, Ash and Jaya Bachchan were on the back seat. The Big B apparently got his camera out and started shooting pictures of the media persons gathered around. To the surprise of the media, he even smiled at them and kept taking pictures till they reached Jalsa. Ash, who was seen sporting a demure salwar-kameez in Agra, was seen clad in blue jeans and a white shirt as she stepped into the car with her mother-in-law. Incidentally, Amitabh played the role of the photographer even in Agra. As soon they entered the Taj, he kept shooting, trying to capture candid shots of his beloved beta and bahu at the Taj. The parents tailed the couple like shadows, following them everywhere. The Taj, the symbol of love was specifically chosen as the backdrop to bring in Ash's birthday. The Bachchans made sure that the Taj Mahal was visible from every room that they had had booked at the Amar Vilas Hotel in Agra. A cake was cut by Ash at 12. It is believed that the birthday girl received more than a thousand bouquets from her friends and fans.
