Shah Rukh Khan is not too happy with the state of the studios in Mumbai and has been long cherishing a dream to build his own studio. But it seems that money constraints have been stopping the superstar from realizing his dream.

The actor very candidly admits that he does not have enough money to build his own studio what with the rates of property sky-rocketing in the city. The actor says that he needs at least five acres of land to build a proper studio. He is in talks with the government about giving him a proper commercial place for this. But it looks like his dream is slowly but surely moving out of Mumbai. Shah Rukh is absolutely clear that his studio will obviously be in a much better condition than the ones existing. The actor feels that since he has been given so much by the Almighty, it is his duty to give back something. A studio is his idea of that something. Of course, he is quite clear that he is not going to kill himself if cannot make his dream come true. After all, he still has a lot of good films to make. But a studio would still be a very good idea as he can at least sit back and watch movies being made, once he decides to stop working, that is. Of course, that day is still a long way off.
