Shah Rukh Khan is busy promoting his latest film Om Shanti Om in London. We caught up with the actor right after the premiere of the film and began by asking him about the initial response to his home production.

CNN-IBN: Shah Rukh what has the first response been like?

Shah Rukh Khan: So far I think people have really liked it and they are loving it. But I could be completely wrong. Though, normally I am not wrong. I have been a part of many good and successful films and the response I have got so far….

I am feeling a little wrong saying it because I am praising my own film. I happen to be the producer of the film, though I wish I wasn’t, as then I would have said open-heartedly that Farah Khan, Deepika and Shreyas have worked stupendously. People say they have never enjoyed a film so much and, the movie has all the ingredients of an entertaining film.

CNN-IBN: Talking about Farah Khan, are you missing her today because she is always there with you and is generally the boss of the team?

Shah Rukh Khan: Yes, we all miss mommy (Farah) and I wish she was here. But she and her husband have been working very hard to have kids that are going to come soon now. So, we thought it was time that they took a little time off and, in any case the doctors were against Farah travelling. So, she is back home handling India and I am handling the West. And all of us are going to rule the world with Om Shanti Om.

CNN-IBN: What are you taking for her and the three kids from here?

Shah Rukh Khan: I am trying to get her a pram which can accommodate three kids. There are only one or two companies that do that. So, I think that would be apt and we are going to take back wonderful reviews from the West and a lot of love.
