When Asin accepted her first Hindi film offer, the remake of 'Ghajini', there were talks that she would also star in a series of other films.
One of them was with the director who made 'Rang De Basanthi'. The director initially had plans to bring in 'Boys' fame Siddharth to play the male lead. But something went wrong and Asin has now announced that she is not working in the film. After completing her 'Ghajini' works, she intends to return to Tamil cinema for a while.
When asked why she quit the Hindi film, named 'Delhi 6', she said that it was due to delays in beginning the film.
"The director didn't make his mind up about whom to bring in for the hero role. Due to this, the film was getting delayed constantly. Then, they wanted me to spare callsheets that weren't even available. That was why I had to refuse the offer," she says.
As long as she has all those endorsement offers pouring in, she wouldn't have to worry about losing a film or two.
