One of the first Bollywood releases after completion of school/college exams next March would be Emraan Hashmi starrer JANNAT.Slated to release on April 4, soon after the exam season gets over, JANNAT comes from the house of Vishesh Films which comes together with Hashmi after critically acclaimed AWARAPAN. Directed by debutant director Kunal Deshmukh, JANNAT stars Hashmi as a small town boy who starts off as a small time punter only to become an international cricket bookie.
The film's shooting is currently on and is expected to wrap up around end of 2007/beginning of 2008. With a tagline of 'In search of heaven, he found hell', JANNAT promises to be yet another commercial entertainer with a unique storyline by the duo of Mahesh and Mukesh Bhatt.
