Born in a film family, it was no surprise when Arun Vijay took to films.
But his journey in the industry has been anything but smooth. He had to prove himself at every point, with every film He did get recognition through his films right from his first film Murai Mapillai. His later films Priyam, Pandavar Bhoomi and Iyarkai established him as an actor to reckon with.
His progress has been slow and steady and with his latest release Thavam he is all set to put his career in fast gear.
To all this cinematic side of Arun is a softer side too. He spent his birthday at Thiruverkadu 'Uthavum Karangal'.
