At age 65, Amitabh Bachchan could out any one of his younger contemporaries to shame. Music directors Vishal and Shekhar were in for a real surprise when the actor effortlessly ran through a funky hip-hop number 'Buddy Rap' for the film Bhootnath.
According to Vishal, the actor is more than updated about what's cool. He said that the senior actor was rocking in their studio. He insists that the Big B has more energy than he and Shekhar put together and could definitely teach them a thing or two about the modern lingo. The actor has rendered two songs for the composers. Buddy Rap is a hip-hop number in which the Big B floored the composers with his energy levels and his versatility. The composers are also floored by the fact that the actor was more than willing to adjust to their peculiar style of working. The film's producer, Ravi Chopra was insistent that Bachchan sing the song as it would lend authenticity to the number. This is the song where the child is supposed to bond with Bhootnath. And from the sounds of it, the Big B has made a few more fans.
