After the critical acclaim as well as the box-office success for Ammuvagiya Naan, he is now acting in director Madhumita’s Vallamai Thaarayo.

Madhumita, a former assistant of Gautham Menon, is all set to direct her first movie and even managed to rope in a senior actor like Parthiban.

Chaya Singh returns, after a long sabbatical, with this movie. After her successful debut in Thiruda Thirudi she didn’t see too many hits. She has now landed a role in this movie, which she says will be her come back vehicle. Madhumita refuses to reveal anything about the movie, but said it is all about a man divorced by his wife for being too good. Parthiban plays the role of the husband and said the characterization attracted him to take up the offer. Chaya Singh plays his wife and is very enthusiastic about her role.
