The lukewarm response to his Deepavali release, Machakaaran, doesn’t seem to perturb this actor with a laid-back attitude, for Jeevan is now busy wrapping up Thotta, his long-pending project, directed by Selva of Naan Avanillai fame.
For Thotta, Jeevan will be sharing the screen space with Priya Mani.
His next project, Payanigal Gavanathirku, produced by E.L.K. Productions and directed by S A Vijaykumar could put him in a tight corner; though Jeevan doesn’t seem to think so. The actor says that Payanigal Gavanathirku, to be shot entirely in a train, is about how he wins the hearts of all the passengers during unforeseen circumstances that unfolds during the journey.
Leading heroines including Shriya were approached for the role opposite Jeevan but they have all turned down the offer. Shriya declined the offer citing non-availability of dates, as she has her diary full for this year and the next. Hope they zero in on a heroine soon. Here’s wishing them all the best!
