Bharath, who made his debut in Shankar’s Boys, is currently shooting for Nepali. Nepali, directed by V.Z. Durai of Mugavari fame features Bharath in a triple role for the first time in his career.
Playing the roles of a college student, prisoner and a Nepali, Bharath is said to have come up with an astounding performance. Unit sources say that the film is going to catapult Bharath into the elite zone after its release.
Bharath is paired with Meera Jasmine in this film. Others in the cast include Uyir Sangeetha, Mayilsamy, Raja Raveender, and Prem of Jodi No.1 fame.
Director V.Z. Durai is said to have come up with a very different screenplay for this film which will be new to Tamil cinema. According to the director, Srikanth Deva has come up with an interesting score for the film. The five songs will be a musical treat that will also appeal to the layman.
The film also has a lively comedy track with Santhanam, Karunas and Kanja Karuppu sure to have audience in splits.
The film is 80% complete and has been shot prominently in Chennai and Ooty by cinematographer Madhi.
Altogether, Nepali is sure to delight fans and provide wholesome entertainment.
