The audio of Vadivelu-starrer Indiralogathil Na Azhagppan was released yesterday amidst much fanfare. The first audio, released by actor Suriya, was received by Simbu.
A notable aspect of the film was the presence of physically-challenged and destitute children.
Indiralogathil… is directed by Thambi Ramaiah for Seveth Channel’s Manickam Narayanan. Sabesh-Murali are the composers for this film while Gopinath handles the cinematography.
The film is a mythological subject and has Vadivelu playing three roles.
Speaking on the occasion, Vadivelu said that he was feeling nervous after touching new and great heights in his career. The director had initially asked him to play the roles of Lord Indra, Yama, common man Azhagappan and also Naradar. Finally, Nasser was roped in to play the role of Naradar.
Vadivelu said that he was immensely satisfied working in mythologicals because he grew up watching MGR and Sivaji Ganesan enacting such roles.
The set of Yamaloga, designed by art director Thotta Tharani, is said to be quite scary. The actors had to take good rest after each shot on this set because of the intense heat produced while creating the hell-like atmosphere for Yamaloga.
Directors K.S. Ravikumar, Ameer, Saran and former Police Commissioner Natraj were among the special invitees.
