Apparently all was not too well between the four male stars of Firoz Nadiadwala's Welcome. There are already rumours going around about Anil Kapoor being peeved because his name comes after Akshay Kumar in the credits. That's not all, it now comes to light that Akshay and Nana Patekar had a lot of problems during the shoot as well.

According to sources, matters between Nana and Akshay got a little heated during the picturisation of a song for Welcome. There was some problems regarding the steps and one of them made a snide comment about it. But it seems producer Nadiadwalla stepped in to prevent matters from going out of hand. Apparently it all started when Akshay made Nana wait for a whole day at one point. To get even, Nana tried to hog more screen space than Akshay, who always wants to be centrestage. An irritated Akshay is believed to have even tried to push away Nana a few times. This happened when they were shooting in Mehboob Studios, for the final song of the film which features all the actors. Later Nadiadwala is believed to have taken both the actors to his van and sorted the matter out. When they emerged, they were friends again. Neither the actors nor the producer were willing to comment on the issue but Nana is known for his strong likes and dislikes. A little while ago, he also had a run in with Sanjay Gupta during the shooting of Gubbare, a part of Dus Kahaniyaan.
