This is rare in an industry where payments are often deferred. Hence it deserves a special mention. Recently actor Shah Rukh Khan and wife Gauri threw a party and distributed bonus cheques to all their employees, to celebrate the success of the actor's production house Red Chillies Entertainment.

When SRK and his wife threw a party and sent a message to all his associates to be there, they were quite surprised as no one quite knew the reason for it. SRK not only sent a message to the Red Chillies's SFX team and top officials but also to all his cooks, drivers and clerks, inviting them to the do. When all the guests gathered at the suburban five-star hotel where the do was hosted, they were in for a surprise. What followed was a celebration for the success of Re Chillies. SRK, Gauri, Farah Khan and other friends made it a point to celebrate and thank all those who have been associated with the actor's company and his films. Apart from the lavish spread of champagne, wine and food, bonus cheques were distributed to each and every member present on the ocassion. SRK had decided to share the profits made by his company with everyone. Incidently Vidhu Vinod Chopra too usually follows the practice of distributing bonus to his employees from the profits of hit films.
