Srikanth is currently paired with Navya Nair for Trans India’s Ettappan. The film is written and directed by R.K. Vidhyadharan, who has directed the Sarathkumar starrer Vaidheeswaran, which is set to hit screens soon. Srikanth plays the role of Nandhu, a guy who uses the weaknesses of others for his own benefit. One fine day, he comes across Gayathri (Navya Nair). Nandhu, mesmerized by her beauty, tricks Gayathri into falling in love with him. A duet, ‘Kodi kodi minnalgal’, was picturised on the lead pair recently. The big-budget film is the debut Tamil venture of Trans India, a leading production house in Kannada. The cast also includes Mayilsamy, Bose Venkat, Arvind Aakash, Kaadhal Dhandapani, Neelima Rani and many other popular artistes. The director, who has also written the dialogues for the super hit movie Something Something Unakum Enakum, is confident that this film will be a huge commercial success for Srikanth.
