WELCOME has number of factors that are good enough to keep the film in news. There is massive star power of Akshay Kumar, Anil Kapoor, Nana Patekar, Firoz Khan, Paresh Rawal, Katrina Kaif and Mallika Sherawat. There is Anees Bazmee, director of NO ENTRY and writer of dozens of commercial entertainers, at the hot seat. The film is a Firoz Nadiadwala production which has seldom put a foot wrong. The music is getting popular too.But are you aware that the film also features one of Ram Gopal Varma's many discoveries, something which has been kept in wraps all this while. Well, let's break the suspense here!
The man in question is Sheereveer Vakil who made his debut as a villain in Ram Gopal Varma's JAMES. He later also appeared as a bad man in RGV's own SHIVA and completed a hat trick with GO which released a few months back. Now for the first time in his Bollywood career, he has worked on a film outside RGV and played an important character in WELCOME.
Come 20th December and it would be seen how big a success does Sheereveer gets after a series of box office flops.
