Madhavan's latest, Evano Oruvan, has been well-received in UAE. The preview shows organized worldwide also got positive responses and standing ovations.
Evano Oruvan, released in India on December 7th, was also released in the UAE. The Tamilians settled there as well as local audiences have appreciated the film, released with Arabic subtitles; due its universal theme, audiences were able to relate to the protagonist Sridhar, played by Madhavan.
The film directed by Nishikant Kamat, is the remake of the Marathi film Dombivli Fast. Evano Oruvan also stars Sangeetha and Seeman in pivotal roles.
