The two biggies making peace! That' news! No, this isn't some scene from an old movie of theirs, but an incident that occurred at the Mehboob Studios in Mumbai.
According to industry sources, SRK and Big B were busy shooting for an ad commercial and a film, respectively, in the neighboring sets and the events that unfolded were truly cinematic.
In keeping with his public image, Shahrukh having noticed that the Big B was shooting for Sujoy Ghosh's Aladdin in set no. 3 took some time off and went over to meet him. He embraced Mr. Bachchan, who was caught unawares and this incident brought the entire shooting to a standstill for over five minutes.
Sources suggest that SRK wanted to silence the gossip mongers churning out stories about the Big B avoiding Smitha Thackrey's AIDS event, as SRK was present at the venue. As to whether this might pave way for a few big banner productions featuring the two, we will have to wait and watch.
