December may mark the end of a year, but this year, it also marks the beginning of quite a few movies, one of them being SNS Media’s John, to be directed by Indhirand, whose earlier venture was Kadhaley Nimmadhi with Suriya and Murali.
Playing a pivtal role in the movie is Manorama. The veteran star, who has acted in nearly 1000 movies, plays the role of a transgender person in John. Aachi, who has played a variety of roles in her cine career, is excited about her character in John, because it is the first time she is playing a transgender person.
The movie launch took place at AVM amidst a lot of cheer and celebration.
