Pirivoam Sandhipoam is a different film indeed! Director Karu Pazhniappan has showcased the Chettinad community in his film. The cast of the film includes Cheran and Sneha, who play husband and wife. The film is about joint family values.
Vidhyasagar has composed music for the film with Karu in an innovative manner. The songs are based on Tamil grammar concepts. Lyricists Kapilan, Yuga Bharathi, and Jayantha have written some wonderful lyrics based on the concepts, truly a rare feat.
Such an attempt brings to the forefront the beauty of Tamil language and also the strength of the language in a creative process, given the fact that it is more that 2000 years old!
