This is one actor who is on the go. He is all out to make the best of his second innings, powered by David Dhawan's Partner opposite Salman Khan. The actor, whose talent was never in doubt, is now back with a bang and is doing what he use to do best, working in multiple productions.

Even at his peak, Govinda made sure that he had plenty of films in hand. And now that he is playing his second inning the actor is all out to make hay while the sun shines. Not that one can blame him for it. But the trend these days is that actors generally prefer to do a couple of films a year, or if you are an Aamir Khan, you can afford to do a film a year, or every two years. Govinda, on the other hand, is hopeful of starting and finishing at least half a dozen films in the year to come. In just the last few weeks, the actor is believed to have signed a film to be directed by his favourite David Dhawan, which will be produced by Sajid Nadiadwala and will star Akshay Kumar in the lead. He has another film which will be directed by Dharmesh Darshan and will star Sushmita Sen and Mimoh as well. There is a third film called Loot, which will be produced by Popcorn Entertainment and will be directed by Rajnish Thakur. This one will star Suniel Shetty and Mimoh as well. Besides these, he has a film which will be directed by Ajay Chandik and his co-stars will be Shreyas Talpade, Celina Jaitley and Koena Mitra. There is yet another to be directed by Neeraj Vohra and produced by Shree Ashtavinayak which will have Amisha Patel opposite him. Finally, there is a film that he intends to do for Vinay Sinha. Well, it seems that Govinda has more than he can handle on his plate.
