Washington, Dec 24 (ANI): Emmy winning actress Katherine Heigl and singer Josh Kelley have exchanged wedding vows.

Guests present during the marriage ceremony say that it was a "winter wonderland" wedding.

The couple tied the knot in private nuptials in picturesque Park City, Utah, on Sunday.

Katherine, who had informed ahead of time that the wedding would be a small affair, had eighty guests and fellow Grey's cast members Sandra Oh, Justin Chambers, T.R. Knight, as well as Private Practice's Kate Walsh there.

"Weddings have become such a racket because they can charge three times as much for everything because women insist on having the dream wedding," the New York Post quoted the '27 Dresses' star as saying about weddings.

"If you invite more than 300 people, you never get to sit down and eat the food or more importantly, drink the specialty cocktails," she told Australia's Sunday Telegraph of her desire to have a small wedding.

"We're definitely creating a winter wonderland vibe and it'll cost money, but we've kept the numbers small. I don't want to work the room the whole night. I would like to get drunk, too,'' she said.

Katherine was seen wearing an Oscar De La Renta gown, and walking down the aisle to a song that Kelly had written specifically for her.

Josh's younger brother Charles was the best man at the wedding, according to Ok! magazine.

The only hint about their honeymoon that Heigl gave was that they were "going to a beach, somewhere beautiful and romantic." (ANI)
