Now another film produced by Nemichand Jabak productions with Hitesh Jabak as producer titled Paandi delves on the same topic.

This film stars Lawrence as hero and Sneha as heroine, it has Namitha playing a significant role of a Karakatakari in the movie. She feels that the success of this movie will definitely put her among the top heroines in Tamil cinema and also revive the genre of films based on folk dance.
