Mumbai: After film stars it is fashion designers who are joining the charity league. These differently abled people have found a new friend and he is Manish Malhotra.

When in need there is always Bollywood to the rescue. After dressing the who's who of Bollywood, ace designer Manish Malhotra helped wheel in the much needed joy into the lives of many differently abled people.

"Fashion is always considered frivolous," says Manish Malhotra. However, would this designer consider taking charity forward and teach these young people a thing or two about fashion.

"Frankly speaking I will be a very impatient teacher but I would want to be their friend,” says he.

“I would treat these people as one of us only. I would use the same colours and same kind of fashion on them as well,” says Manish Malhotra.

These may be positive words from Manish, however, most of us hope that he would be able to rope in a few more of his starry friends for more such causes.
