These days Saif, for sure is on cloud nine. Not just on the personal facade (his current girlfriend Kareena) but on the professional front too.Year 2008 is on high spirits for Saif as his two, keenly awaited, big banner films Race and Tashan are seasoned for the first quarter. While Director duo Abbas-Mastan's thriller genre film Race is planned to release in February2008, then Tashan a Yash Raj film directed by Vijay Krishna Acharya who wrote the screenplay and dialogues for hits like Dhoom and Dhoom 2, is intended to release in April 2008.
If one goes a year back, coincidently our Chote Nawab Saif inaugurated 2007 on a similar note with two big banner films Eklavya- The Royal guard and Ta Ra Rum Pum in the first qaurter, though both the films could not spell magic at the Box-office, but the former fetched enough appreciation for his performance and India's official entries to the Oscars and the later one did moderately well.
Also if one were to go a step ahead, incidentally, one of the two films then and now is a Yash Raj Film.
Though 2007 was nothing great for Chote Nawab, Hope year 2008 turns out to be an unbeaten one.
