It's official. One of the most talked about and expected movies of recent times will finally hit the screens on Jan 15th. It has been a long wait for Vikram.

But people who have seen select few rushes of the movie, swear it's worth every inch. Yes we are talking about Bheema, the Lingusami directed, Vikram, Trisha and Praskash Raj starrer.

With producer A.M.Ratnam's long fought financial battle over, the industry is also keenly watching the outcome of the movie. The movie seems to have garnered a bigger expectation among the fans in USA. A record number of ten prints have already been allotted for the United States, with few more likely to come in. This movie is next only to Rajinikanth's magnum opus Sivaji as far as the number of prints goes. Sivaji's Tamil version had 21 prints for USA alone. An undisclosed whopping price is said to have been paid by the distributor for the American rights of the movie. Bharath Creations who distributed Sivaji are the rights holder for both the Tamil and Telugu version of Bheema. The first set of areas to have the movie screened would be Bay Area, New Jersey, Chicago, Boston, Detroit, Dallas, Atlanta, Minneapolis & Raleigh, Virginia, LA, Seattle and Houston. Talking to Behindwoods.com, distributor and head of Bharath Creations, Mr. Mohan expressed immense happiness over the movie, "We are doing Bheema after Sivaji and are pretty confident about a good run. The expectations are great, Vikram has always been a favorite in the US, and his sabbatical for two years has only added to it."
