3 years after he last wielded the megaphone, showman Subhash Ghai would be returning with a film directed by him - BLACK and WHITE.It was on 21st January 2005 when his KISNA had released and bombed. The Vivek Oberoi starrer didn't find any takers and all seemed to be lost for Ghai as he started concentrating on producing films. Meanwhile he took a sabbatical and last year shot for BLACK and WHITE.
Known for his larger than life cinema, Ghai is taking a different route with BLACK and WHITE as he tackles the subject of terrorism with the film. The first promos of the film are out and have already created a stunning impact due to their real life and straight out of headlines look and feel.
BLACK and WHITE marks the launch of newcomer Anurag Sinha who plays a central protagonist in the film. The film also stars Aditi Sharma while Anil Kapoor and Shefali Shah are the senior members of the cast. Arriving under the banner of Mukta Searchlight Films, BLACK and WHITE has lyrics by Inrahim Ashq and music by Sukhvinder Singh. Shot extensively in Delhi, the film is aiming for a 7th March release.
