Remember Aditi Sharma, the pretty girl who made her debut with KHANNA and IYER last year?A discovery of ZEE CINESTARS KI KHOJ, she was spotted by Subhash Ghai who launched her in the ill fated KHANNA and IYER last year. This Hemant Hegde directed film was released sans any fanfare and disappeared without any trace. However, this was not the end of Aditi's career as Ghai has now repeated her in his upcoming film BLACK and WHITE where she plays the leading lady.
The film is being directed by Subhash Ghai himself who returns after a hiatus since his last directorial outing KISNA. In the film, Aditi plays a girl from Chandni Chowk and is named Shagufta. As per Aditi, BLACK and WHITE is a typical Subhash Ghai film which talks of life, good and bad people and a whole lot more.
2008 appears to be a career making year for Aditi since after BLACK and WHITE she would also be gearing up for the release of her romantic situational comedy KUCH KHATTA KUCH MEETHA. Earlier titled EK LADKI BHOLI BHALI SI, this Basu Chatterjee film reunites her with her KHANNA and IYER co-star Sarvar Ahuja. The film also stars Satish Kaushik, Anupam Kher, Moushmi Chatterjee and Archana Puran Singh.
