It seems it's the season of bans on actresses. Gym managements have suddenly become sensitive to disturbances and 'distractions' caused by the 'scandalous' outfits of some of their clientele. Last week "outrageous" girl Sherlyn Chopra was banned from a Lokhandwala Gym for some outfit which according to her was "not at all disturbing". The sexy, curvaceous Sherlyn was asked to work out at an unearthly hour or change her style of dressing.

This week, well-known South actress Haifa was told to either wear 'decent' clothes or find some other place to work out. A vitriolic and fuming Haifa says that all that she wore was a simple tight-fitting top and decent bicycle shorts, which she has worn to several other gyms in the past and even while cycling around Lokhandwala. The management of the premier Gym located at Four Bungalows told Haifa to either change her outfits to something more "appropriate" or find a new gym.

Haifa who has done several movies in the south is known by the name of Ragasiya and is a hot, sexy, wild, bubbly, IT girl. She is Mumbai-based and lives at Lokhandwala. She has only done several music videos for Punjabi, Bhangra and Hip hop albums. She was also the winner of the MTV Item Hunt organized by Pritish Nandy Communications. She has recently signed a big-budget Hindi crossover movie with Bollywood Brands which will go on the floor in mid-March.

Speaking about the incident, Haifa says, "I wear my knee-length, skin-tight bicycle shorts and a tube top even while I am cycling each morning. All my basic essentials are fully covered. There is absolutely no cleavage or anything else showing. I don't understand why they found it indecent. Just because some persons in the gym couldn't concentrate on their workouts, it doesn't mean that I am to blame," said Haifa who spoke to this journalist, vociferously asserting that she has paid about Rs. one lakh for an annual membership. "What do they want me to wear, a Sari," she angrily asks!
