Saregama final contestants Aamir Hafiz and Tanmay Chaturvedi lent their voices for B.R.Films' "Bhoothnath", under the baton of music directors Vishal-Shekhar. Writer-director Vivek Sharma, who has a inclination to music, and music directors Vishal-Shekhar saw them singing in the television programme Little Champs on Zee TV and liked them immensely and decided that Aamir and Tanmay are the ideal choice to sing two children's songs in "Bhoothnath". They auditioned both Aamir and Tanmay and immediately recorded two songs – one a hip-hop song and another song depicting children fighting. In the film Aamir sings the song with Amitabh Bachchan, who had dubbed the his voice earlier.
"Bhoothnath", scheduled for release on May 9, 2008, is being produced by B.R.Chopra and Ravi Chopra and written and directed by Vivek Sharma. It features Amitabh Bachchan, Juhi Chawla, Satish Shah, Rajpal Yadav and others with Shah Rukh Khan making a special appearance. Music by Vishal-Shekhar, lyrics by Javed Akhtar and cinematography by Vishnu Rao are other credits.
