As per reports coming in rather late, producer director Karan Johar and Shah Rukh Khan's wife Gauri Khan organized a baby shower, earlier this month, for close family friend Farah Khan's expected triplets.At a lavish function held at SRK's palatial Bandra bungalow 'Mannat' in Mumbai, the atmosphere was like a huge song and dance production, straight out of one of Karan's multi-starrers! The real life cast included stars like Rani Mukherjee, Priyanka Chopra, Karisma Kapoor, Tabu and wives of Farhan Akhtar, Suneil Shetty, Atul Agnihotri and many others.
Needless to mention that King Khan played a gracious host, along with wife Gauri Khan and close friend Karan Johar. There are also unconfirmed reports of a live 'Shava Shava' starring most of the guests! Farah Khan was showered with gifts and blessings by all the guests who had a whale of a time.
Just for those who are not conversant with the foreign custom of baby shower, it is roughly equivalent to the traditional Indian 'godh bharai' ceremony which is held by the family and friends for the expected mother, during the late stages of pregnancy.
