At the Sivaji Silver Jubliee function, Super Star Rajinikanth confirmed that he is going to star in Shankar’s Robot. He also added that the title would be changed, given that Robot is an English word. He mentioned that Sujatha, who will be scripting Robot, is on the lookout for a suitable name for what is expected to be Indian cinema’s biggest production yet!
And now, the word is that Sujatha suggested the name Iyandhiran, which is the nearest Tamil equivalent for Robot. Rajini and Shankar have reportedly accepted his suggestion. However, no official announcement has surfaced as yet.
